Run as fast as you can from this company. We paid Rojo in advance - lesson learned. He completed less than half the work and is 6+ months late. He is MIA. Doesn't return phone calls. Doesn't pick up the phone. Lies and lies and says workers are coming and they never show up. Months pass and no one shows up. He filed for the wrong permit, fails inspections time after time. And the works that does get done has to be re-done 5 times because no one on his team knows codes.
Please head our advice, we learned the hard way and lost over $20,000. Not to mention black mold we have now due to Rojo not patching up a 15' gaping hole in the side of our building that they never patched up because "his workers don't call him back to work". AKA - Rojo doesn't his workers. How do I know? Because they've shown up at my house asking for money and threatening Rojo to rip out whatever work they've done if he doesn't pay them.
We now have tons of water damage. The only framing that WAS done is now crawling with insects and black mold, that has now ruined the space underneath the construction area as well.
