From the moment I called to book an appointment with Rabb, I was impressed with the professionalism on my first call. I told them about the issues I was having with my water and they talked me through the process and promptly booked an appointment to meet with Don. During that meeting, Don (an industry expert) helped us understand why we were having such horrible issues with our water and walked us through the options. After installation, Don even checked in with us a couple of weeks after just to make sure we were still happy. I initially went with our plumber's softener which was less expensive and it did nothing for our water. Rabb was worth the extra money to get a quality unit for my family. Their new softener/filer has completely changed my water and was worth the extra money! Thank you Rabb and Don!
