Exceptional service from the KC Renovations Crew and Scott the owner. We needed a contractor to help us with our 203k Loan Renovation and I was referred to KC Renovations because they are knowledgeable and do great work! Doc answered all the questions I had about my renovations and Vince made sure everything was done right! Scott came out and did an initial inspection and followed up in the end to make sure everything was completed to my liking.
These guys had a lot of work because my HUD inspector wrote up 4 pages of work that they needed to complete. Scott and his team got everything done in less than 2 weeks. They even replaced every window in my home in less than a DAY! I am a 30 year old female and always felt that my belongings and myself were safe around their crew. I will recommend them for years to come to anyone needing help with their renovations! Thank you Scott, Doc, Randy and Vince. I love all my repairs on my new home!
