Lived here for 3 years. There are pros and cons, but the cons definitely outweigh the pros. I'm not sure how they even manage a 2.5/3 star rating on here. If you check out other review sites they are at a solid 1 star range. Wish I would have seen those before moving in. Pro -Nice amenities -Pretty good location if you need to get on the 405 or John Wayne Con -Parking is constantly an issue. Nothing like coming home from work at 6 rather than 5:30 and having to drive around for a half hour to find that one first come first serve spot. -The staff are some of the oddest bunch I've ever met. I'm sure the folks at the front desk deal with a lot of upset people, or at least I assume that's true based on how they behave. Just be sure to forget that they are customer service, and instead pretend that you are there to serve them and the whole thing goes much better. -Walls and floors(especially) are super thin. -Move out was way more of a pain than it had to be. That makes the list because it is fresh on my mind and the whole thing left a bitter taste in my mouth. In summary, it was a nice enough place to live as long as you can deal with the headaches and don't ask for too much, but if I went back in time, I would definitely not pick it again knowing what I know now.
