I have a mixed bag of experiences here.. First off, I have to commend the people from the import dept. for the candor, and helpful approach provided while looking for parts for my Toyota. Second, the billing dept. for the courtesy given while buying my rebuilt truck. Those ladies upstairs are very professional, and can get you in and out of there in no time!. Now, there are two guys (one of them named Jeff, and the other Nathan) from the Rebuilders dept. that are complete jerks...and I don't think I will ever deal with them again!
