I initially chose Kindred Bay Area based off of referral from a physician's son, who is a nurse, that said this is the best hospital for wound care. My overall experience was excellent, I have absolutely zero complaints. I had a private room and bathroom which were kept very clean, and the rooms were always well stocked with any supplies I needed. The care definitely met my expectations and all staff members were very well mannered and compassionate. This whole group is awesome! A few individuals that shined were: Chris, Mira, Tonya, Elizabeth, Shelley, Jeananne, Paul, John, and Misty. The supervisor Misty, was awesome by going to above and beyond for me since day 1 to make sure I had excellent care. The physicians here are wonderful, Dr. Nasser is straight to the point and collaborates with the nursing team so everyone is always on the same page. I met him at Bayshore and he took of my care there, and it's been one of the best experiences I could have been blessed with. Even the food at this hositpal is great - which is difficult to say about most hospitals.
