I called Ron based on the reviews and he was very up from about the costs and came out the next morning to snake my line because we had a sink back up. He took care of the problem in about 45 min/15 mins of work.
Why did I give him 3 stars? Because I asked him to snake the line for the outside clean out but he did it from the roof instead. I told him when I had this problem in the past, the best way was to snake it from the main clean-outs. When he said Ok, I thought we were on the same page and did not need to go into the history that snaking from the roof had not been a long term fix in the past. I was not there when he did the job so I was not able to ensure that was done.
Second reason is the price. He was up front with me it would be $250 to snake the drain from the street. My challenge was, that was not done and the fact that he boosts the $59 a main price. If $59 was true, why did a 45 min job(15 min of actus cost $250?
One day later - after posting my 3 star review, Ron feels the need to harass me via phone and text. I gave an honest review of my experience but if it not 5 stars, get ready to be hassled.
One week later - sink backs up again ( same problem). I try and reach Ron by text, phone and he does not bother to call me back.. Spent $250 to unclog a drain and no bother to follow up. Called another plumber that guarantees their work and they charged me half of what Ron did. To come out and do it right. Good luck with this joker.
Update - Aug 14, 2018
Based on my honest review and feedback, Ron has filed a small claim lawsuit against me in the amount of $3,500 and had it served to me at work. I am now in the process of counter suiting him. This guy is a nightmare. It is now my sole mission in life to make sure that this reviews gets posted on as many review sites as I can find. Be very care dealing with Ron and if you post a review less than 5 stars, have your lawyers ready as he is crazy.
