I had two bids and Tassio was last. We met Steven and were impressed right away. He was very interested to know what were the problems with current system and what our expectations were. He spent a lot of time coming up with the best options. We were looking for something that would not breakdown and would cool the condo comfortably. His price was similar to other bids with much better units. We signed right away and we were totally happy with our choice. I chose Tassio because of reviews and 5 stars on Yelp and signed with them because of Steven.
Steven kept in close touch with us and was able to provide an installation date for one week ahead. Another selling point was that Steven offered to provide a portable air unit during installation. This worked very well and we were comfortable during the installation and it was 100 outside.
Mario and Sergio came on time for installation. They set up portable air right away. They went up to the roof to prepare for removing the old unit and be ready for new unit. They removed the old air handler and installed the new one. They crane was quite late but they worked diligently to get the air handler ready during the wait. Steven came by the check on things and install new thermostat. After the crane came they finished the work on the roof quickly. They were very neat and cleaned up when they finished.
We passed the HERS state inspection with flying colors. Expect the building and safety permit inspection this week.
Sonny in the office has been great about processing rebates and other paperwork. She has set up the inspections and is very responsive when I contact her. She keeps you advised as to what is happening and when.
I highly recommend this company when considering a Lennox system. I expect their service to be of the highest quality.
