I'm an older woman and I really appreciated that the folks from Marv's Plumbing and Heating were just so willing to take their time and explain things to me. I had them out here 2-3 times and they explained everything in detail and allowed me to write it all down. Before they left, they asked if I needed them to do anything else like take out trash or move some boxes. I was just moving into this house when they came. They always call to let you know when they are on their way and they've never been late. They're even early sometimes but of course they call ahead to tell you if they will be.
The first thing they did was put in a gas line for a gas range. Then they came out and checked my furnace out from top to bottom and didn't charge a penny for that. Then they came out to help me with a filtering system. This house is on a well and it had this elaborate filtering system for the well water. They came out and they explained how all the filters work and didn't charge a penny for that either. The last time they came was for an outdoor water line that had frozen. It happened on a weekend and they were here bright and early Monday morning to fix it. The prices are reasonable. They're nice people. They're thoughtful and polite. They don't treat women like they're stupid. I was so pleased with their service.
