John at Marv's Plumbing provides absolutely wonderful customer service. We needed him to come over to work on a backed up sewer line in our basement. He made sure to let me know that it would be a couple hours before he could be over, but then he called me with an updated time of arrival and actually made it out sooner than expected. I really appreciated him letting me know where I was in line and then checking in again before arriving earlier. As he worked for us, he was really nice. My Dad suffers from dementia, and John made sure to take the time to talk to him and explain everything so that he understood what was happening. When he took care of the sewer line, John worked quickly and cleaned up all of the mess. I cannot speak more highly of him. I'm really glad he's with Marv's. I also really like that Marv's Plumbing is open on Saturdays. Most other plumbers that I've worked with don't provide weekend service, so this is an added bonus to an already great company.
