Carmine showed up within the time frame specified. MTP gives you the ability to follow the truck as it is traveling to your house so you can judge when it will arrive. No surprises. Carmine was very friendly, very personable and (bonus!) very competent. Replaced my bathroom faucet in under an hour. Cleaned up and went over everything that was done, answered questions. Thought it was a little pricey but was still a job well done.
