We moved into a condo 4 years ago and saw who had serviced the HVAC units in the past & they were not on our recommendation list, but we knew that they had a history so we called them. Same old lack luster personnel came out (you know the kind - when's my next paycheck), so the next time it needed servicing we called another company. They just appeared to be "slick". Didn't especially care for the fact they serviced the AC and then 2 weeks later had to come back and re-charge the "freon" for another service call charge. So on the recommendation of my sister, I called Bryant when our AC was on it's last legs. This was the day before 4th of July. Adam arrived, diagnosed the problem explained our options. We chose to have a new AC unit installed. He asked if we wanted it installed the next day (4th of July!!!) The AC wasn't completely out, so we said the 5th would be fine. No extra up charge even if we had gone with 7/4. Edis is a civil engineer and lead the crew. He also performed the marrying of the new AC unit to the furnace. The work was completed in one day - about 5 hours. Bryant sent 2 trucks and 3 men. The units went in without a hitch. Their work was efficient and left the areas spotless. All took pride in their work- it was evident. I have since recommended Bryant to 2 friends. I appreciated the honestly from Greg the service tech who pointed out the problems with the old unit. I explained we had had used 3 different companies for previous servicing. None could give me the electronic air cleaner that I wanted, said it wouldn't fit. Greg not only said "no problem", it really was a simple solution. All the Bryant personnel I dealt with are great people. I highly recommend this service company, glad my sister recommended that I call them. You can tell that the personnel like who they work for. Bryant Heating and Cooling has found a lifetime customer. Took me 35 years of being a homeowner to finally find my HVAC service contractor. Thank you!
