Review content:
There was great enthusiasm when we started working with Kitchen Plus. The salesperson/designer (s/d) was really engaged and provided us with a design we liked. Things went south when we visited the showroom to look at material options and talk budget. The s/d was overwhelmed that day and when we said we needed more time s/he morphed into a b*tch on wheels. When we said we needed to slow things down and nail down the budget he s/d kind of flipped out and showed us the door. A bit shellshocked, we sat in the car wondering what the hell had just happened. We are happy the s/d's true personality was unmasked early in the process. We dodged a bullet.
