The staff was incredibly skilled and efficient. They were compassionate, caring, kind and humorous. My family are so appreciative of the respect and concern received during my recent visits and my uncles stay a Kindred Northlake. A busy staff took the time to listen to us. We truly feel as if this is what patient care is all about. We wish to especially thank and recognize the following employees: MD Nenard B, RN Ken, "B" and "V" from physical therapy, CNA Sandy Kay, CNA Denise Miller, PCT Mary, PAtient Avocate Felicia , Sercurity guard Ramon and EVS supervisor Luella Harris. Thank you all for the extraordinary care.
