Mr. Tula came to my home and inspected what need to be done. He seem to know exactly what my roof repair need. He said he would write up an estimate and would get back to me. After several phone calls he finally sent someone over with the written estimate. I agree to it , and ask when he could start he gave me a date and he never showed up. I called again to ask what happen and he admitted he got tied up on another job. We then agreed to another date, he never showed up or called wasting my time. Please do not use this contractor he is not reliable.
