It was my pleasure to have Jeffrey service my air conditioner. He is one of the most knowledgeable A/C service technicians yet. He treated me like a service person should with his explanations technical ability. I am not uneducated in air condition systems theory and operation. I asked pertinent questions and he answered them accurately, clearly and professionally. His skills and tool use were outstanding. He is an asset to your organization. Thank him for me.
