Review content:
Our AC went out the other evening and I called One Hour first thing the next AM. I didn't know they were open 24 hours. I was then surprised that they could put me in their schedule that morning. Thought I'd have to wait several days. My appointment "time" was between 9 and 1 so I figured they would show up around 4:30 but they showed up at about 10:30!! Again, huge surprise. The gentleman fixed the problem right away (thank goodness it was something minor) and only charged me for the service call. again, I erroneously assumed that there would be a "repair charge" on top of the service call charge but he said no. Even the part he replaced he said was included in the bill. These are definitely the people I will call for my furnace check up and my AC checkup next spring.
