This company was a good company I really don't know what happened they didn't get bad until after I purchased a whole new unit from them inside and out first of all I purchased the unit in 2015 but the unit was a 2013 but was told I purchased a new unit the dates on the inside furnace do not match the dates on the outside unit I've had problem after problem but every time I call they tell me they will call me back and never return my call the unit they sold me is a old unit I'm a real easy going guy so you sold me an old unit just fix it when something goes wrong with it also when they did send a tech out they had really bad odors and left my home with a really bad smell plus they do not clean their mess when they are finish this company will get any of my business again consumers BEWARE
