We had an old heat pump system that wasn't working properly. We had worked with Blue Flame in the past and had them out to assess the system. Turns out we needed to replace the whole system. Not what we wanted to hear, of course, but the Blue Flame team made it as painless as possible. We were very comfortable with Brandon, the service technician's, knowledge and recommendations and were confident that he worked hard to get us the best price possible. The installers; Hunter, Casey and Tyrell were respectful and did a nice job. When we had some minor questions/concerns that they couldn't resolve, Blue Flame sent out another service technician, Eric, at no cost to help us out. He answered all of our questions, resolved our concerns and left us feeling a lot more knowledgeable about our new system- what to expect from it and how to care for it. Kailana, from the office, was great in keeping us updated on when their employees would be arriving for each visit and gave us reminder calls the day before as well. It's always hard to take the jump to make a big price tag purchase, but we were comfortable with the process with Blue Flame and would recommend them.
