My Seabreeze experience is not at all what they state on their website. in fact quite opposite. There is no live person answering phones and call backs are the following day. I received my first letter from them in which they stated that one of my guests drove through every Stop Sign and for me to tell them to drive better in our community (I agree!!!) finally in the letter they used these words THIS IS YOUR FINAL WARNING. it was my first and I am one that drives carefully and think all others should too. They brag about having a personal touch. NOT
