Review content:
Nissan is a terrible businessman. Instead of making appointments, he gives you a vague idea of what day he *might* show up to do the work. But don't count on it. I was without lights for nearly two weeks, and the whole while I was calling Nissan and the landlord's office to check up on him because he never gave me a timeframe of when he'd show up; he showed up late on a Wednesday and said, "I have to get a part, so I'll be back," and he didn't show up again until the following Tuesday; there was still more work to do, so he indicated that he could come by on Thursday and we agreed that he would call me. He didn't. I'd been very patient with calling him for nearly two weeks, but I took notes. I told him I was going to share the notes with the landlord's office and he said, "Go ahead, I'm not scared of you. I try to be nice and this is the thanks I get."
This man is a remarkably immature child, and he's doing a shady business.
