I reached out to Comfort First Heating & Cooling because I was having an issue with my system. The first guy that came out to evaluate my system was knowledgeable, and a pretty good guy. But, the tech that came out to actually fix my air conditioning unit, was excellent. He went above and beyond a lot of the things I had expected. Once he finished with the unit, he went outside and cleaned the outside part, where the fan is located. He spent a lot of his time making sure my system was up and running smoothly. Unlike previous a/c companies who seem to only want to sell you products, these guys came with the idea to maintain the system I already have, and make sure it's working right. It was a great first experience, and I would call them again. They were honest, and that's what I'm looking for.
