I have been disabled for 3years and was denied by SS twice before I was blessed to meet Carmen. From the moment I left the office after my consultation with her, I felt a sense of ease. She reassured me that they would handle my case and she would do everything to accommodate me, answer any questions, etc.. she was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She advised me through the entire process and was there to answer questions even after, Paul and I went to court. Paul was great in court, but Carmen played a huge role in my entire experience and my Claim was found fully favorable. I have been stressed and full of anxiety for the past 3 years. After each phone call or email from Carmen I knew that it was going to be a process, but I was grateful to have her calm me down and give me a sense of reassurance. This entire ordeal has been difficult on me both physically and mentally. I was grateful to have, Carmen by my side the entire time. She made me feel welcome and cared for. Carmen was both professional and compassionate of my situation. I can not thank you enough, Carmen. You are definitely a asset to Caronna, Johnson and Zamora.
