Long post, but important info ...
Incompetent and horrible! We boarded our dog for a week while on vacation. I noticed that my dog was always out of view of the camera and when I called to inquire multiple times, I was assured she was fine, exhausted from playing and napping. Problem is it was late morning and a 1.5 year old puppy shouldn’t “nap” all day.
My husband finally asked that they bring her into camera view. She made a lap around the room, didn’t interact with any dogs and went right back out of view.
The day before we picked her up we received an email that she was pretty lethargic and not eating her food.
When we picked her up she looked AWFUL. Her ears were matted, eyes droopy and she had no energy. She’s a 1.5 year old Doodle!!
We immediately took her to the vet. She had a bacterial infection, had lost five pounds and 2.5 days later still is not eating. We are very worried.
Their assessment of her behavior was inaccurate, unreliable. and unreasonable. She didn’t lose the 5 pounds in one day so obviously she had not been eating for a while. I get upset and angry everyone I look at their “report card” that states she was “fun and energetic” during her stay.
