I purchased an annual service agreement with this company last fall. The agreement was to include my fall furnace service and a spring AC check up. They were to call me in early Spring to schedule the AC service call. Having not heard anything from them yet in May I called them. I was told that they hadn't had time to call to schedule my appointment. I requested the agreed to service call and was told they were busy and could not get to me until next month - nearly 4 week wait time. I wonder if they would of ever called / scheduled the service. It seems like they get your money up front for the annual service agreement and hope you don't call back as they aren't calling you. I won't bite on this again. Beware!!
