Jeff Mills with Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling came to our house on a Sunday evening about 9:00 to address an issue with our natural gas hot water heater. He quickly resolved the issue and then took a few minutes to make sure it continued operating and did some diagnostics while the burner was on. Also, he checked the flue pipe on the hot water heater and a short (2 ft) section had a slight negative slope and he took a few minutes and changed the flue piping so it had a continuous positive slope up all the way to where it connects to the furnace flue. He was very professional and organized. Provided thoughts on what to do if this issue continues in the future, but was not pushy about trying to sell anything. Appreciate the good work on a Sunday evening.
