First off, I am a working mom, with a deployed husband, who was scheduled to go out of town in just a couple days. So naturally my furnace decides to spring a leak and drench the carpet one floor below it at the most inopportune time possible. American Mechanical was so great in getting me in touch with one of their HVAC specialists right away! Manuel S. showed up the same night, and immediately knew what the issue was. Within a half hour he found the problem, replaced the necessary part, and gave some very sound advice for the future. If you ever have an HVAC problem I highly suggest going to HVAC first. They have wonderful customer service and are 100% transparent and upfront when it comes to cost. You can't go wrong with this company!
