$330 for 45 minutes of work? I don't care if you charge by the job as opposed to hours it's way too much for the work performed

It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the service that we provide to our valued customers.
As I'm sure you can understand, we offer plumbing services at prices that we believe are fair. This takes into account many different factors, including our commitment to our employees and high quality of our products. The plumber that serviced your property is by far one of our fastest plumbers, so I can see that you could question the value versus time spent at the property. As you know the plumber did evaluate the problem you were experiencing and gave pricing before he went forward with the work and when you accepted he completed job.
We are very committed to our customers and are constantly looking for ways to improve our service on a daily basis. We truly value your feedback.
