Brandon was my service person today. He called about 20 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would. He was extremely professional, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable about my heating/cooling system that his company installed last year. He put on his "orange booties" every time he entered the house...…..so very concerned about keeping things clean! I would highly recommend Brandon and all the other employees at Hagerstown Heating and Cooling that were here in the past year with the installation and follow ups. The entire start to finish as well as any follow ups have been absolutely superb!
