Matt was on time for my appointment and he went right to work after he arrived. My new air conditioner seemed to stop working efficiently about three to four months after it was installed. Matt found the problem after an extensive search and corrected it. He explained each step to me and why my unit probably stopped working properly. He also maintained the outer unit as it was full of cotton, this is an important step because the unit could over heat. Matt was professional in his approach; for example we discussed the importance of changing the two inch air filters on a regular basis. I intend to request that Matt return for my mainteance intervals. I would recommend him to any customer of Dr. Fixit. I give him five gold stars for his time at my house.
