I had water leaking outside the bathroom walk-in tub. At first Ryan couldn't make it happen again, but after he left I was able to duplicate the leak but not identify where it was originating. I called Schlueter again right afterwards (this was on a Friday afternoon), and Ryan said he'd come back the same day, which he did. This time he could see the leak and identify where it was coming from— which I hadn't realized—and said that it wasn't a plumbing problem. He advised me about a simple fix for it and didn't charge me again for the second call. I have relied on Schlueter Plumbing for years, and will continue to do so.
