Job was started on time. Done in a quick and efficient manner.I was kept informed of the job at various intervals so I could get the job completed to my specs.
Only complaint I have has nothing to do with cleaning.I have spent a good amount of money at Zenner in past couple years. I have purchased a new furnace and air conditioner plus paying for the maintenance contract. I believe that if I had purchased nothing , in previous years , I would have been charged the same.price for the duct cleaning.I do not think that is fair.
I was thinking of using Zenner for our plumbing needs but now I am not so sure.
