I ordered my trees in September, expecting them to arrive soon. However, they didn't, so I contacted them about it to ask them why they hadn't arrived. They told me it "wasn't time to ship them". This kind of threw me aback, because, I mean, shouldn't they send my order when I order it? But no, they went on to explain that every tree must be dug up and planted at certain times of the year, which is in the winter. They told me when this would happen, and sure enough, they came right on time! Now I have BEAUTIFUL plums, figs, and blackberries! I can't wait to do more business with them, because they actually care about the product they are selling you, rather than just pumping out trees any time of the years to rack up on money. 5 stars for sure!
