I recently met with Ruy and two of his associates, Tyler and Eric, for an initial consultation. Sadly, they had to decline to represent me because of a potential conflict of interest that might have existed with respect to an existing client, but I was very pleased with the consultation and their approach to IP protection and commercialization. They were kind enough to take the time to offer some general information and advice on the topic of IP, despite the fact that they would not be able to represent me. I would have happily engaged their services were it not for the potential conflict.
