Just had my annual maintenance service completed by Ben Franklin Plumbing. My assigned team included Dekota and Katrina. KAtrina did an excellent job keeping me informed when Dekota would arrive and made changes to my account profile to ensure I'm kept informed on job status. Dekota was prompt courteous and very knowlegeable regarding replacement system options and upgrades along with pros and cons to help our decision process. We have worked with this team before and are always pleased with the level of service they both provide. Kudos to Dekota, Katrina and Ben Franklin Plumbing for outstanding service and attention to detail to ensure our customer satisfaction.
