After first scheduled appointment incurred time change due to high volume of bookings, they bent over backwards to get second appointment scheduled quickly and with the technician I requested. Technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. Maintenance check for A/C was completed and no heavy handed sales tactics as with other companies.
Michael is an asset to Helms.
