If anyone can make miracles happen, David Collins can. I was charged with a DUI at a checkpoint in Wilmington in September. Hiring Mr. Collins was easily the best case scenario as he worked tirelessly for me on my case to get it fully dismissed. His office staff are also the sweetest people, and are always there to answer your question.
