While searching for legal representation in our bankruptcy case, we looked for three things: a knowledgeable attorney, a lawyer that can be trusted, and someone that will be reasonably priced. After extensive research, we found that Mr. Edward Vaisman satisfied all three requirements.
Vaisman replaced another attorney in our bankruptcy case. He took his time in our initial phone conversation to understand our unique circumstance. As a result, Vaisman explained the various options to successfully complete the bankruptcy case. Most importantly, he took his time to educate us on with some of the bankruptcy laws that affected our case. His knowledge and experience was clearly demonstrated on our initial phone call.
Starting our bankruptcy case with another attorney, we were skeptical and wanted to choose a replacement lawyer that we can trust to successfully complete the bankruptcy case. We found that lawyer in Vaisman because of his prompt response via email, text, and phone. He was always available to answer all of my questions (e.g., day/night, weekdays/weekends). In addition, his demeanor instilled confidence and thus, we always felt comfortable that Vaisman will handle all situations with the case, even if the case was complex.
Sometimes, clients similar to us can be in a desperate situation. However, Vaisman never took advantage of our immediate needs and required a reasonable fee for his services. In our situation, he could have overcharged us to take over our case. Luckily, Vaisman is an honorable man with high integrity.
There are not many people that have the combination of Mr. Edward Vaisman’s knowledge, professionalism, and integrity. As a result, he is a true asset to the community.
