We do appreciate that service was the same day.
Your plumber spent over an Hour here. However, it took him 1/2 hour to put his suit on and 1/2 hour to take it off again and write out the bill. The job was to crawl under the house and put a new clamp, which is like a new washer, onto the waterline. This took him at the most 10 minutes. I find it outrageous to bill us $450 for 10 minutes of his time and he should be ashamed of himself to suck money out of senior citizens.
