Review content:
We had three bids made for our AC and furnace replacement. Otto (who owns this Company) gave us a bid totally in line with the other two bids. Included in his price is the guarantee to do a yearly check on both units free of charge for ten years. We were impressed. He is hardworking, honest and sincere. We could not be more pleased with our decision to purchase from Lolich. Both units are working great.
