We had a natural gas leak - because we have a crawl space Consumers Energy would not go under the house to find the leak nor did they even give us a recommendation of who did such work (they would only turn the gas off). I basically did a google search after calling a local plumbing company who did not have the equipment to test for a leak. I reached Universal on the first try and they gave us an appointment for the same day. within 2 hours. They were professional, quick and immediate found the leak.
