I guess this guy thinks he's good enough that we're all beneath him. I tried calling him to get a quote and he gave me the third degree with an interrogation. I don't know when it started becoming acceptable, as a business, to answer the phone and snap out "Hello?" like your potential customers are bothering you. I'll be sure and mention this to the very reputable company that referred me to him.
