I was so happy with Rancho Services. It was a great experience and I have already recommended them to my parents. They did carpet cleaning and steam cleaning services for me, and it was really thorough. I used to use a different carpet cleaning company, but they don't lift anything out of the way and the guys seemed like they didn't care at all. However, with Rancho Services, they were completely thorough. The cleaners were able to move things out of the way instead of just saying "no, we don't do that." They had suggestions that worked really well- for example, instead of moving the whole bed out of the way, they just took the mattresses up and were able to clean under the bed. They also got in the closets and under the dressers. The cleaners were very nice and professional; they watched where they were going with each step. They worked very well together in rhythm. They didn't have to ask me a lot of questions- they just took care of it. They were very accommodating and experienced and it seemed like they knew what they were doing. They even had suggestions I had not thought of. The price was very reasonable for what they did. I will never go to anyone else after Rancho Services! I would recommend them highly.
