We've had Rancho Carpet & Window Cleaning before. This time, we had them shampoo all the carpets upstairs and downstairs and wash all of our windows. We haven't had it done in a little over a year and we have a dog, so the traffic pattern especially in the living room was really grubby and the dog had had an accident or two and our windows were really grubby since we're near the ocean and get a lot of salty air and bird droppings.
It looks wonderful. I didn't expect him to get the living room looking as good as it does--it looks brand new. The windows look great too. They were really getting gross looking from all the sea salt. They're very pleasant and efficient. It took a long time because they had a lot of work to do, but they didn't waste time. They just came in and did the work.
