We have enjoyed our wood shutters from Budget Blinds immensely. The price was the best we found by 15%, and the service was excellent. Merv waited for us to check other suppliers and ask lots of questions. He even arranged for us to visit another customer's home to see their new installation. Once we made our decision, our shutters were ready 6 weeks later and installed in one afternoon.
