Picture Perfect did a great job removing all of the old shrubs and preparing the beds with soil amendments as well as mulch during the fall.
It took several phone calls and emails in the Spring to get them back out to plant the new plants. There was limited to no communication as to when they would be at my house to plant. I had asked specifically that they call and let me know when to expect them. They did have trouble securing the shrubs from their growers but they failed to communicate this to me until I called them. They could not remember how many shrubs they were planting. When they did show up to plant them they were going to plant all of the shrubs in a straight line instead of staggering them.
B.J. , the owner, did come by after I told a friend of my experience and apologized for the lack of communication on their part.
