Ismael was very professional throughout the entire process. During the initial visit, he listened attentively as we explained the issues with our outlets, carefully examined the entire house, and recommended products and services without being overly aggressive. He returned the following day and replaced all of the outlets and switches, as well as the breakers, for our home. He was also kind enough to come back a couple days later when we discovered that one of the switches had not been replaced. While we may have gotten a better deal by obtaining more estimates, we are more than happy with the work that Ismael performed and would recommend him to others in need of electrical repair work.
