Just bought my second heating and cooling system from Winters. My first system was a geothermal I had installed in a house I was rehabbing to move into when I remarried a few years ago. I couldn't be happier with the whole process. I got a phenomenal price on the unit, the unit came with SMECO, State, and Federal rebates, and the Winters staff expertly prepared all of the paperwork. With the rebates the geothermal was more affordable than a conventional heat pump. The installation was flawless and Winters worked around the other contractors. After the initial installation I did encounter a few problems with faulty factory components, but the Winters team was on the spot having parts expedited to make the repairs, and did follow-up phone calls to ensure we were happy with the system and their staff. The house is all electric and my highest bill during the winter (and SMECO rate hikes) was under $300 for a 2600 sqft house.
I still had my previous house and in the process of preparing it to sell, my 15 year old system failed. Winters was the first company I thought of for the replacement system. Once again this unit came with a SMECO rebate, and Winters prepared all of the paperwork. I got a great price and a 10 year warranty on the new system. That will give the new homeowner great piece of mind.
