Last Spring of 2017, had service by this company. We were a regular customer for years. In 2017, 2016 & 2015, we were told that the AC unit needed Freon & there was a possible leak. On the 2017 annual service, we were told the unit needed Freon for the 3rd time. I asked if the unit would make it through the summer & was told that was questionable. I declined adding Freon in 2017. The AC ran all the summer of 2017 & part of the fall. I was curious, if we had a leak, why weren't they making an attempt to locate & repair the leak instead of just charging us for Freon every service? This year, on the recommendation of a neighbor, we tried another AC company. They just fully serviced our AC in April 2018. THERE IS NO LEAK. THE FREON IS FINE. So if there are any customers out there being charged repeatedly for Freon, I would certainly question that. A ZERO rating is in order but the lowest I can select is 1 star.
