Review content:
We had two problems we needed fixed. First, There was a drip in the guest bath shower/tub. Paul replaced the inside of the knobs that fixed the problem. Second, we had a leak in sink drain in master bath which was on third level from basement. When water drained from the sink we had a puddle form in basement, two floors down. Paul A came for the first appointment and traced the drain pipe all the way up. Luckly the pipe ran behind an enclosed wet bar on 2nd floor so my husband took the wall out and the leak was not in that area. Next Paul moved to 3rd level. Paul and my husband removed the sink and counter top, cut a hole in the wall behind the cabinet with a saw and found the leak. A nail had hit the plastic pipe and rusted out over the years causing a hole. In order to get to the connections the cabinet back had to be ripped out. Paul said he could come back once my husband had the cabinet back taken out. When the cabinet back had been removed I called the office of Superior and told them to reschudle a visit for Paul A to return and repair the leak. I will have to say Paul A. was a pleasant young man, very professional and knew what he was doing. If I have another plumbing problem, I will call Superior and request Paul A. to service the call. I spoke with Emily on the phone and she, too, was very pleasant and professional on the phone. I would recommend Superior Plumbing Service to my friends and feel they would also be pleased with the service. Thanks to Superior for a delightful crew of people and knowledgable in their profession.
